A few hours ago, Tester was about about 5% in Yellowstone with 43% of the county counted, and now there is nothing. WTF!

shows 100 percent precincts counted

burns: 16,888 (46.97 percent)
tester: 18,161 (50.51 percent)

what the hell are they recounting? did they forget to put in the fix?
