Montana is so close

Let's go county by county, my friends. We are waiting on a Yellowstone recount:

In Cascade County, 61% of precincts reporting. Tester 52% Burns 46% Tester will gain 7900

In Fergus County, 25% of precincts reporting, Burns 61% Tester 36%, BUT Burns will only gain 900 more votes by here even if the numbers in the county hold somewhat steady. This is a small county.

In Gallatin County, Tester only trailing by 219 votes, with 22% reporting. If current numbers hold, Burns might gain 850 more net votes.

In Glacier County, Burns leads 53-45 with 50% in. Another small county though so Burns will only gain around 200 here.

In Lake County, Tester leads by 2 and will gain maybe 10 more votes here.

Lincoln County, Burns 55, Tester 41, Burns leads by 700 votes, but 57% in. So add 640 more to Burns's total.

Tester will pick up 80 more votes in Mineral County.

Phillips is Burns country. He leads 68-30 and will pick up another 1400 votes here unfortunately.

That brings Burns to maybe 4000 more votes.

Tester leads by 3700. Tester was leading slightly in Yellowstone before results were pulled. Damn this one is going to be fucking close. He will gain 700 from Cascade so that puts him at maybe +400 over Burns after these counties are all in excluding Yellowstone. Tester was leading in Yellowstone so this contest could be decided by 1500 votes or less.

2. Shit, I hope you're being overly cautious.
After so much optimism, it would be terrible to lose in Montana.

Tester was told the Yellowstone result would not change.

I wouldn't do any prognostication on the Almighty's behalf if I were you.

Just be happy that we seem to be winning, with or without divine intervention.

4. My calculation is a win by 1500-2000 votes.
Slim, but good.
