This catastrophe means that our troops will be withdrawn from Iraq just as they were about to win a final decisive victory over the last few remaining 20 million insurgents.

To prevent this, I have issued the “True American Patriot Emergency Draft Act of November 2006”. As you have consistently shown your unwavering support for the presence of our armed forces in Iraq, you now finally have the chance to join them.

Don’t worry that you may be too unfit, old or mentally unstable to join the Army – I have waived all the qualifying conditions so that you can get out there and ensure total victory.

Please report immediately to your nearest Recruitment Office, and bring this letter with you.
