Despite trailing by at approximately 10% all night long, the write-in candidate picked to replace Tom DeLay was still refusing to concede defeat when this number was announced:



Yes, that's "92%" of the precincts reporting and down by 14 points. As of 3am last night, she was telling her cheering supporters that she would not concede and was looking forward to continuing to serve as their Representative in Congress.
