4. It's not a state law
but I expect a recount challenge from ole' Conrad. It does appear, however, that Tester will win, barring a major snafu.

They're showing a 2000 or so lead for Tester though...

Everyone said last night they didn't expect Burns to win, but still had to follow through with the recount because of ballot problems.

Montana is safely in the (D) column.

5. A recount is different. They still havent finished the INITIAL count.
Though I see they are at 99%, so hopefully we;re nearly there.
