Can allen Even Catch Webb?
I estimate about 5,000 votes left to be counted. 3 of the 4 precincts remaining went to Allen, but not by much.

Even if allen got 100% of those votes, which he won't, there is no way he can make up his deficit. I just don't see how he could catch Webb, unless he goes for the recount.
