Will the majority Dems do the right things?

I'm so full of hope. I'm so full of fear.

After watching the Dems get their lunch money stolen by the Republicans, during the last six years--I'm
wondering--will the Dems stand up now?

We could kick so much ass in the House and Senate if we have the guts and the backbone, and if we're not afraid
to tick off Junior without apologizing a day later.

I hope to God the Dems author legislation that showcases the glaring discrepancies between the radical
conservatives and mainstream Democrats. I'm sick of being told that we ALL must be spied upon to
catch the terrorists. Dems need to author legislation that preserves civil liberties while fighting
terrorism.

I'm sick of this perverted stance on torture. I'm sick of our ports being vulnerable. Dems need to
re-assemble the bin Laden group within the CIA, that Junior dismantled. Let's see Junior try to
argue against going after bin Laden, or making our ports safer. Let's see the Republicans make the
case for TORTURE!

Force the pResident to veto awesome, popular legislation that TRULY helps the middle class.
Force the Republicans to vote against the minimum wage. Force those bastards to veto/reject ideas that would
end corruption, terrorism or wasteful favors to big oil. FORCE their real agenda into the sunlight,
like junkyard dogs who CAN'T and WON'T let go!

Will they do this???? Will the Dems be fearless about going on the offensive, and standing
up to this pResident?
