The reason "bi-partisanship" will not work with this White House...

Bush and the Repubs may talk about cooperation and bi-partisanship but it is not in their blood or in their nature. As long as Bush and Rove are in the same place, they will be conniving and lying in attempts to take advantage of the opposition. That is what they are. They do not play defense. They believe in playing offense at all times. This talk will not last for long, in my opinion. However, the Democrats do not lose by talking about the "bi-partisanship" that is needed. Bush will not cooperate or compromise.
