2. Oh, I think the repugs will try to fast track this sucker. While they still

control everything. If the Dems have any balls at all they WILL filibuster and put the brakes on this thing until after January. And Lieberman would make an excellent SOD - anything to get him out of the Senate and Lamont in.

So my best guess is a recess appointment for now, and formal nomination in January.
