DeLay to stay on the ballot...

If they had not stopped the GOP from breaking the law, and the GOP had been allowed to have DeLay "withdraw" AFTER the primary and they could have inserted their hand-picked successor...
Tex-22 would be a GOP seat right now.

But thanks to the guts and the smarts of the Harris County Dems - SAY HELLO TO CONGRESSMAN NICK LAMPSON DEMOCRAT FROM SUGAR LAND TEXAS!!!!
