What was going on at MSNBC just before the press conference?

I could hear someone singing: "nah nah, nah-nah, nah, nah, nah-nah, hey-hey, goodbye". Was that someone on the street getting picked up by a mike or someone at the studio?

Also- One of the two commentators said something on the order of - Bush is being reined in by his father's staff and the CIA. ?!?!?! Did anyone catch that?
