The very first resolution that should be passed... a law declaring...

That "democratic", not "democrat" is the official U.S. adjective to use for things belonging to the Democratic Party.

As a post-hoc addendum to the an "English as the official language bill."

(...no I'm not serious, more important bills than that should come first, but buy would it be gratifying.)
