11. Without a link or source...This Post is useless...
The official Virginia site does not show a shift of that magnitude!

21. He gained 2,201 votes, but Webb gained 2,332 and Parker 46
Edited on Wed Nov-08-06 06:35 PM by Up2Late
I've been tracking this race here since Last night. I posted all the numbers and links below.

The update was for the final 4% of Loudoun County that had yet to be updated.

Still waiting for 8% of Isle of Wight County. NPR just reported that there are 300+ votes in a box that they can't get open, but will open tomorrow around 3:00pm at the County office.

22. Anything about a mistaken vote swap...
Someone reported a rumor on MSNBC supposedly (link at bottom of this thread), that had a precinct swapping totals for Webb and Allen, which would result in a 3000 vote addition for Allen?

23. Nope, but they did say that the 2 VA precincts that had Zero votes...
...were non-existent.

One was a computer anomaly and the other is in the middle of a River, and as the election official pointed out, Fish can't vote.

The numbers are the same as they were 20 minutes ago.

http://sbe.virginiainteractive.org/index.htm

Just did the math and Webb is up 7,347 votes according to the official VA Elections site.

9. Where are you getting your data from?
The site that matters -- the Virginia state one -- doesn't show a shift NEARLY that large. I suggest you get your numbers straight before you post this dribble.

Calm down people. The OP is wrong. Here's the Commonwealth of Virginia unofficial results: http://sbe.vipnet.org/

18. Correct.
In that respect something IS wrong. From 99.88% to 94.69% now with lower numbers for Webb.

10. Dobbs said a recount in this race could end up being another FL 2000
What I find interesting is that many people are telling him that a recount on these ELECTRONIC voting machines is going to be "very difficult". I personally think Webb has the votes so if Allen pushes for a recount, then let's do it. Blow the whole electronic voting problems open, start the hearings and investigations and FINALLY put an end to this insanity.

15. Looks like they finally finished counting Loudoun County

Republican Allen

Independent Grassroots Parker
899 1%

Still waiting for Isle of Wight, NPR just (as I was typing this) said that some 300 ballots are locked in a box (or computer, I'll have to listen to it again) that they can't get open, but will be opened at County executives office around 3:00pm tomorrow.

Democratic Webb

Independent Grassroots Parker

And in still only Loudoun 96%! Why?
