Why should Rumsfeld be allowed to walk away?
So he can go into the private sector, serving on boards and raking in money on a war he started? I want justice.

Wait and see.

3. I don't care if he walks, runs, or 'Lark scooters' away
Just as long as he's gone.

As to your point about 'Justice.'
One step at a time.
You start at the bottom and get the lowers to turn on their bosses.
Chances are skeletor will be sipping martini's with the Prince of Darkness -- no not cheney, but Lucifer before it gets to him.

6. Don't get me wrong, I'm HAPPY he's gone...
but I don't want him selling nukes to anymore countries. I want him off the streets, so to speak. :)

4. He shouldn't be allowed to just walk away
Edited on Wed Nov-08-06 06:44 PM by Solly Mack
He should be charged for his war crimes.

We'll have to just wait and see - and fight like mad for that to happen.

It's not over yet. And I say that as someone who holds little ,if any, hope of America holding her war criminals accountable.

7. He ought to be carted off in a box
He's responsible for torture leading to death - that's murder - time to pay the piper...

8. I'm hoping if investigations are started by Congress that
both he and Karl Rove will have to be called back for questioning as they were at the center of this administration since the beginning. I can't see any investigations not including them. I'm sure Rummy feels that he will get away with his dirty deeds by leaving, but I say it won't happen.

9. Life isn't fair
and justice often doesn't prevail. Oh, and you can't always get what you want.
