Precincts reporting being changed?
Over at Blah3, my co-blogger Invictus noticed that in the John Hall-Sue Kelly race in NY-19, Kelly has refused to concede. He also noticed that since last night, the number of precincts reporting has been revised down.

Just now, I was reading TPM Cafe, and a commenter mentioned that the number of precincts reporting in the Allen-Webb race in VA had been revised downward from last night as well.

Is there some sort of slow-motion theft going on here, or am I just paranoid?

3. After doing the initial count the results have to be verified, corrected
for any errors, and the provisional ballots have to counted and added to the total. We saw these little fluctuations in the percent reporting during the MT count as well. It didn't change the final outcome in that case, and it no longer looks to be certain that Allen will challenge in VA.

It's easy to be paranoid with our current election system, and the way the Repubs play dirty.
