there's nothing "trickling down" from the BUsh tax cuts for the rich. Bush's stunt of giving everyone a one-time $300 rebate check didn't carry much weight. Not when everyone's school, sales and property taxes have been steadily rising to make up for the lost Federal tax revenue.

There wasn't anything Bush could run on but fear and Americans are fed up with all the fear-mongering. We done run out of fear. ;)
