I'm curious to know which party took the place of Duke Cunningham.

2. I dont know the turnout, but bilbray won. don't know if that was a real win or

4. Brian Bilbray (R-POS) won.
Thats a heavily freeped/fundie/military district. Bilbray doesnt even live there. He gave his Mom's address to qualify for the seat.
Cunningham did the same thing some 20 years ago.

Bilbray won because he scared people about immigration. Busby didn't answer him in her ads.

Even on the ballot, he was listed as an "Immigration Expert." She was listed as her job on the school board.
