senate committee chairmanships

How would committee chairmanships be set-up if the Senate was
50/50. 
Who makes those decisions?

1. Not an issue since Dems are going to have 51

But in the event of a tie, if it happened in two years, there would be a power sharing arrangement with split committee assignments.
