What does this upset make him now?
What can he do that he couldn't before?
(besides get a better room to hold HIS hearings in....)

2. He'll be the new Chairman of the Judiciary Committee...
Besides getting a much better staging area for his hearings, he'll actually be able to refer to them as "hearings" and have the power to subpoena people and documents.
