Today is my 2-year anniversary here

Shared laughter, shared tears.
More than once I wanted to walk away.
Today makes it worth it that I stayed.
I sincerely didn't think that we would be in power today without tanks rolling down Pennsylvania Avenue taking it back.
I had lost my faith in my fellow Americans.
Even though my state still is in a Republican stranglehold, it seems to be loosening up.
Congratulations DU. This one is for YOU.
