Based on today's oral argument, it looks like Kennedy has totally gone over to the dark side (he appears ready to strike down the Partial Birth Abortion ban), so we've now got five total libs on the Court and four moderate conservatives. I don't really know where to begin, gas was over $3.00 a gallon before the FUCKING oil oligarchy saw that their protectors were about to get kicked to the curb, most FUCKING jobs are service jobs with low pay and no benefits, the roaring economy and the sky high stock marking is FUCKING based on the productivity of the common worker and he and she don't get to share in the rewards, and, finally, WHAT KIND OF ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE ARE YOU LIVING IN YOU COWARDLY FUCKNUTS TO SAY THAT WE ARE WINNING IN IRAQ?
