Maybe there is a God after all
yesterday morning, my kids. who are 15 and 12 got into a conversation with me and my husband about God. They were having difficulty reconciling the horrible things that happen to people, to children, starvation, disease, oppression, suffering. We decided that we were all pretty much agnostic.

Now ...withiin 24 hours, we have picked up 32 32!!!! seats in the House, taken the Senate and Rummy is gone.

I think we have to rethink our positions. Perhaps there is a God after all.

If you're there, thanks big guy. I feel much much better today!

2. God? As the new catch phrase by Jon Stewart and others goes, "not so much." Attribute the big wins
last night and today to people not super-natural beings. Please give us some credit.

4. Jesus was a librul.
Read it yourself. Aid the weak, sick, elderly, disadvantaged. Feed the poor. Turn the other cheek. Don't lie, cheat, steal, kill, and make money you don't deserve.

Jesus was a librul.

8. Oh I don't know. Hard work. People voted. We won.
I'm not giving up my evidence based life in the midst of all the celebration.
Nobody I know of in whiskers up there directing our lives.
I'm afraid we have to own this planet and whatever happens to it.

13. .Come on I was kidding
I don't think for mainute Jesus would be one of those santimonious hypocrites who demonize people in his ir God, or any other ostensible diety's name. I was kidding around- it was just a good good day- I was enjoying it!
