Dems Should Work To Fracture The Rs In Congress
The Ds should make nice with the most moderate/progressive Rs in Congress, pitting them against
the extremists in their party. Divide & conquer.

1. In the case of Dan Burton of Indiana... bring in a watermelon
to all committee meetings he attends. (Or just have all the Democrats chew watermelon gum and offer to his Republican buddies at the meetings) Then he will smell it and be distracted.
