Is it too early to draw up subpoena lists?
There are many candidates, but I really want to see the CTOs of Diebold and ES&S under oath.

but that doesn't mean I can't daydream until January :)

My favorite subpoena fantasy so far: the 20-somethings hired by the Coalition Provisional Authority to head up minor things like setting up the Iraqi stock market. I suspect they'd be more likely to let a few choice secrets slip while under oath.
