We are the Dems and we ARE energized! I never thought I'd see the day when the Dems would fight and fight so well, but here it is, in my lifetime. A new day is dawning, America!

2. Enzi and Sununu seem like easy targets..they are do-nothings |
|
you never see them..or hear them
Let's press hard on the phantom senators.. If WE don't see them doing things, then their constituents must be sort of pissed at them ffor being such "back-seaters"..

3. I would like to see Pete Domenici go |
|
He and his Texas oil buddies have ruled over (mostly) southern New Mexico for years. Like to see him move to Texas where all his friends are.

4. Using that beautiful Donne quote did my heart good... |
|
At the end of the civil war, it was Lincoln who said "Let 'em down easy boys."
Our job now to see that they stay down.

10. What's wrong with Mississippi? |
|
I cannot understand why it stays so darned RED..
Isn;t it still the poorest state in the country??
You would think that eventually the people would wake up and say.."something's not right here..or maybe it's too "right"..."

11. Cochran, so I'm told, is an old-line Republican |
|
He and Ted Kennedy are best friends and true colleagues, if you can imagine that; and he's not a rabid partisan (again, so I'm told). He is probably more well-though-of here in MS than Trent Lott.
Why is the state so damn red? Don't know, but I'm doing what I can to change the hue -- as are other DUers like BOSSHOGG.
