1. Actually, there are only 139 signing statements, however

they challenge over 830 laws now. I've got them all and was thinking of putting up a website for all to see. When I first went searching for them, I couldn't understand why I could not find more, then I understood what the boston globe was talking about, the "laws" that were challenged in the signing statements. I hope some institution or group of lawyers is analyzing all of these and that the new congress can challenge it's abuse.
