somewhat late (some of you old timers :hi: would say) in the game, but frankly it's the only thing that's kept me sane these last dark months...

GD is the first thing I see in the morning and you all have shared with me incredible amounts of REAL news, great information on how and where to take action, a couple of good scuffles and hundreds, nay, thousands of laughs!

So my thanks go out to all of you: Admins, Mods and every single member who worked together to help bring about this wonderful change we are all enjoying this morning.

I had hoped that my thousandth post would be made in a time when the sun is just a little brighter and the laughter less cynical - it has come to pass.

There is much work to be done and boy, am I up for it!
