More than 600,000 dead Iraqi men, women and children. I am not in the forgiving mood |

Sorry, but I am going to need more than apologies or a fired Rumsfeld for this.

...on both sides of the conflict. If not, how can we expect the rest of humanity to forgive us?

6. I think Nancy Pelosi isn't playing her hand just yet |

I do think there are going to be many investigations. I expect them to start in February. It will start with members like Conyers, who has stated his intentions, but will spread.
Anybody know who's going to be chairman of House oversight? We might have some serious investigations into the Abramoff scandal at last.

I trust that someday not too far in the future, criminals will be brought to justice. These folks are war criminals.

8. Count me in the ones who want justice done, Not only want but demand it. |
|
unlike the perpetrators, I want them to have their day in court with all the evidence against them on the table, same as I would want for me if I was in their place.

All the fallen and murdered deserve justice. All the people unfairly detained and incarcerated deserve to confront their oppressors.
I don't want to be conciliatory. I want professionals in office who will do the work of the people, not follow their own personal agendas. And I want prosecutions and hearings and ivestigations.
I want these thugs to know that they can NEVER commit such heinous acts again or they will be severely punished.

from the reagan years with several from nixon's addministration so yes we need to take them out of contention for ever being in a position to ever pull this crap again. After all they have already shown us they will continue if they are even given a snowballs chance in hell's chance.

14. It is time to help Iraq attain peace. It has been a * sin. I hope the Iraqi |
|
people can divorce us from this bad rebublican leadership. I hope that * will move over and let a real "intelligent design" for peace be administrated by our new Democratic Congress.
How much can we accomplish by just pushing the need for change that this strong vote represents?
