So, a "Hugh" news item - Dems take House, Senate, Governorships - |
|
it is me, or is the media NOT playing this as the remarkably significant, impactful event that it truly is. If the shoe was turned around, I am positive that the headlines would be very, very different. Well, it is not going to pop my balloon - I am absolutely ecstatic, relieved, slept very well last night....
And it is time to roll up the sleeves and start fixing the country...starting to TRY to put so many Bushregime-broken things back together and move the country and move its people ahead.

2. It's like the book says... "We'll have to do it without the Media". |
|
And by-an-large, we did. (With a few notable exceptions. :hi: )
If this election proved one thing... It's that the bulk media isn't nearly as powerful as they'd like to think they are.
They've lost ALL credibility with the average American.
If they don't shape up and get back to the facts they'll become even more irrelevant.

3. All of a sudden the "Fairness Doctrine" seems to be enforced ... |

It's like:
2 minutes on a Dem's election win 5 minutes with a Repug response
