Dr. James Dobson: Republicans Abandoned Values Voters
WASHINGTON -- Conservative Christian leader James Dobson accused the Republican Party of abandoning values voters in the midterm elections - and paying the price by losing control of Congress. "What did they do with their power?" Dobson said in a statement. "Very little that values voters care about."

Finger-pointing abounded in the days after Democrats seized control of Congress after 12 years in the minority. Dobson, chairman of Focus on the Family, issued a statement railing against the Republicans for letting their majorities slip away.

15. I've been trying to say that since 2004
Even George Will said as much in one of his columns. But no one was willing to listen until now. I think we PROVED in this election that Republican (or at least right-wing) values aren't the only values.

17. The Republicans always sucker these people.
Sometimes the religious leaders use their flocks as suckers. My parents were country club Republicans and their kind and most Repbublicans roll their eyes and mock suckers like the freepers. But they fall for this crap time and time again and always will.

Pathetic fools.

22. They didn't abandon values voters. They abandoned values.
They showed what hypocritical shits they are with their corruption, greed, hate, lack of compassion, killing, etc. It was enough to make any decent Christian cry over the direction these demons were taking the churches.
