Checks and balances.
This is one major thing that has been missing and we will have again, once Congress switches over to the New Team. Mr.bush and his dick may never get to the Hague, or at least not for a long time, may never be held responsible for their crimes against humanity, or perhaps not for a long time a la Pinochet. But checks and balances have resumed. No longer can he dictate what bills to pass, sign them into law and dictate how to interpret them. I for 1 am very glad about this.

2. As long as he's still operating outside the scope
granted by the constitution such as the MCA and the spying, our checks and balances remain broken.
