Boy the industry PR firms are busy.
What I learned from scanning TV commercials tonight:

1) As we been being told for months, "coal: it does a body good"

2) Better living through chemistry (the melting pills and TV set one.)

3) Big pharma gives oodles of free drugs away in PPA programs.

4) Big 3 auto makers make a lot of cars that get a whopping 30mpg :eyes:

Fear of Pelosi's 100 hour plan? A renewed respect for the power of public opinion? Reading the exit poll tea leaves? Want to be last down the chute when the stock market finally stops defying the gravity of our lousy economic fundamentals? Who knows?

All I know is this: ads are always selling something, especially when they aren't.
