I'm not sure I know what you mean...

because we have the majority in the house and senate, we have some voice and some credibility but if the Right Wing media keeps spinning the Conservative line that will be of little help...

We need, IMHO, to build a multi-media structure of our own...in the style of, if not necessarily exactly like, AIR AMERICA.

6. They are at least staggering...
Congress needs to rework the Communications Act that allowed the monopolies to form. Meanwhile, the number of Americans who are on the web and using it continues to rise. E&P linked to an article about how many hits the local media got nationwide on election night - up 50 to 150% from ususal.

Now we need to introduce more people use the Net for chasing down the real news - especially some international sources. Plus Media Matters, FAIR, Fact check, etc.

One of the Congressional candidates mentioned that the first order of business from his committee would be the law to keep the Internet open. :kick:
