Is Al Gore going to run in 2008? |
|
I heard a pundit on Scarborough say if he were going to he would have been campaigning for Dems during this election. The guy said Gore was nowhere to be seen and this indicates, to him anyway, that he's definitely not running. Two other pundits said he would be the best candidate in '08. Sorry I can't remember the pundits' names. They are all familiar characters, but I'm having a brain fart.

2. I thought I had heard/seen that! |

The pundit specifically said that Gore would have been in TN with Ford if he were serious. But maybe Ford didn't want him. After all, Gore is a heck of a lot more liberal than Ford. He probably should have asked him to campaign, however. I think Ford made a big mistake by distancing himself from Kerry and other liberal Dems.

5. He has never said he is NOT running. He said he has no plans to run which |
|
is somewhat different and structured to deflect the question without taking attention away from his film and tour, etc.
