5. Impeachment isn't on the table.
Investigations are on the table. After we have some investigations then we can figure out what to do with the evidence those investigations uncover.

6. exactly. my point is, why unilaterally disarm?
if they want to complain and whine and plead for no impeachment, let them offer something meaningful in return.
