Marina Jacks!! They Have A Huge Monument There Of The Sailor

kissing the nurse after WWII! It's really really HUGE! We've had several rallies here this past season and UNFORTUNATELY, I missed THIS one!! I got emailed about it, but had to pick someone up at an air port!

I'm really sooooooo sorry I missed it! Great signs, I'll be waiting for the news tonight or maybe it will be tomorrow!!

20. The corporation I used to work for had it's base of operations in Sarasota.

I always seemed to have a reason to be there in January or February. We had a special rate at the Holiday Inn on Lido and I always made it a point to stay there. Sure do miss those days. :-)

Dan & Flo (the sign makers) are at the Green Bridge on Business 41 in Palmetto FL every Sunday 11 am - 2 pm with ALL their signs. Dan is a veteran, retired sign maker and puts all his time into this.

I could not get a shot of them.

A truck full of kids rode by yelling that George Bush was a fag. I think they were drunk. But mostly, people just honked and gave the thumbs up.
