We need subcommittees on oversight

I think just having committees on oversight isn't enough. We need have sub-committees dedicated solely for particular areas. That way we can efficiently root out corruption.

Some proposed subcommittees:

Subcommittee on human rights in the CNMI
Subcommittee on propaganda and the use of taxpayer dollars for PR purposes
Subcommittee on Jack Abramoff and company
Subcommittee for investigations upon the Iraq War
Subcommittee on ending corruption and nepotism

Any others?
