His book, "Worse than Watergate" was like a guidebook to the offenses of bushco, and a shopping list of the laws violated. A must read to anyone who hasn't already.

Just saw him last weekend on C-Span 2 (Book TV) discussing his new book.

And just this morning on FSTV ("Crimes of the Oval Office" -discussing impeachment). I'm sure the latter was taped a while back, but recently enough to take in the the addition of the NSA spying/illegal wiretapping in the long list of offenses.
