revenge is a dish best served cold. The truth is that when we take the reins in January, it really doesn't matter what they think. And the best responses that I have seen have been cold and matter of fact. No reason to be a drama queen about it.

The best response I have seen was to the idea of nominating that ass clown Bolton to the UN again, and the Dems just said "Dont waste your time."

Yes, we have won an election recently. One. That was probably as much or more for the reason that the public is unhappy with the Repbulicans. Many apparently believe that we won because they are head over heels in love with the Democrats. So we think we can well afford to be self righteous jerks just like the Republicans have been and continue to be since they will never be in power again? But the chances are they will be again, some time. Then they ratchet it up a notch and when we regain power again, so do we. On and on and on it goes. We can be smart and tough and not naive without being assholes and by doing do we will stay in power for a long time. Whether we like it or not, we have a relationship with the Republicans. Somebody has to be the adult, so it may as well be us.
