Full House Committee Chairpersons list for the new Congress
This list works on the presumption that all Ranking Members in the 109th will become Chairpersons in the 110th, which is by no means certain:

Agriculture: Collin Peterson (Minnesota)
Appropriations: David Obey (Wisconsin)
Armed Services: Ike Selton (Missouri)
Budget: John Spratt (South Carolina)
Education and the Workforce: George Miller (California)
Energy and Commerce: John Dingell (Michigan)
Financial Services: Barney Frank (Massachusetts)
Government Reform: Henry Waxman (California)
Homeland Security: Bennie Thompson (Mississippi)
House Administration: Juanita-Millender-McDonald (California)
Intelligence: Jane Harman (California)
International Relations: Tom Lantos (California)
Judiciary: John Conyers (Michigan)
Resources: Nick Rahall (West Virginia)
Rules: Louise Slaughter (New York)
Science: Bart Gordon (Tennessee)
Small Business: Nydia Velazquez (New York)
Stands of Official Conduct (Ethics): Howard Berman (California)
Transportation and Infrastructure: James Oberstar (Minnesota)
Veterans Affairs: uncertain (Ranking Member Lane Evans is retiring at the end of this Congress)
Ways and Means: Charles Rangel (New York)

Compiled via Wikipedia. Now I need a lie down

1. Jane Harmon is not at all certain as chairman of the Intelligence com....
The Speaker gets to select Democratic members at the beginning of each session and is not required to consider seniority, nor even to reappoint members. Pelosi considers Harmon as too accommodating to Republicans and is considering replacing her, possibly with Alcee Hastings or possibly Sylvestre Reyes.
