Will all our soldiers and all our money have gone for naught?

We've created a lot more instability in the world.

We've damaged American credibility and prestige.

We've used up and worn out our military equipment.

We've created legions of determined terrorists.

We've enflamed the Arab world.

We've squandered our national treasure.

If we could break even, it would be a miracle.

Hint: Miracles are very, very rare.

4. Let's not forget

that we have something like 25,000 vets which have injuries that will require long term help and expensive medical care (brain injuries, loss of limbs, hearing, eyesight, etc). Not to mention PTSD.

The Iraq war... the gift that keeps on giving.

(and no matter what other hardship we will have to face as a bankrupt nation, this ongoing expense is one that we MUST fully fund, no exceptions, no weasels... unlike the previous rulers of our government)

2. What exactly were 2,900 lives and $500billion actually expended for?

...The answer to that will provide the answer to whether or not the cost in lives and money has be worth it.
