If found guilty, what kind of sentence would freeper Chad face for the threatening letters?

I guess it wouldn't be attempted murder, since the substance was harmless. Would he face some kind of mail fraud sentence? Or maybe he'd be facing multiple charges and sentences.

It wasn't real anthrax so it should probably be along the lines of making terroristic threats, some sort of federal charge for using the mail.
