Since Chad is unemployed and lives with mommy, :D, there's no point in going after him. But FR is another matter!

Not that any of freeper Chad's victims need the money, but it would be sweet to see FR go down in flames for harboring a terrorist.

But what would Alberto say about charging FR itself? He'd probably love the idea, and there goes the Internets. If there was an actual conspiracy, only those directly involved should be charged. The Internets and site owners are not to blame anymore than Skinner would be to blame if a DUer did something stupid.
