An update to my "Republican Family Values" file
I just found this. Must be slipping. I blame it on election euphoria... or Clinton...

Giordano appeals to U.S. Supreme Court

(Hartford-AP, Oct. 17, 2006)
"An appeal of the federal sex conviction of former Waterbury mayor Philip Giordano (R-Pedophilia) is heading to the U.S. Supreme Court.

"Giordano's lawyer has asked the nation's highest court to review the former mayor's conviction on civil rights and other violations for the repeated sexual assaults of two young girls while he was in office.

"Earlier this year a federal appeals court ruled that Giordano was acting as mayor when he sexually abused two preteen girls. …At issue is whether Giordano used his mayoral authority to abuse the girls.

"His defense attorney argued that his relationship with the prostitute predated Giordano's term in office and said he never used his authority to force them into sex."

Ah! So, he was fucking hookers before he was Mayor and stuck his dick into the mouth of an 8-year old, and that makes it OK (I 'wuz gonna' say Republican...). Is that your argument?

Jeebus! Why the fuck didn’t ‘ya say so?

What's left of his family must be so proud.
