Well, that 'new era' of bipartisanship sure didn't last long
Bush still supporting extreme and polarizing UN envoy, John Bolton.

Bush Administration will NOT compromise on letting the government negotiate drug prices with the pharmaceutical corporations. BushCo wants the corporations to run the market.

Robert Gates will be the new boss of the DOD, most likely same as the old boss.

I just hope the Democrats realize that the bipartisanship is just a farce.

Or at least hold the Republicans to doing some actual Bi-Partisan legislation instead of it being "Well we aren't going to call your names as regularly, in exchange for which you do pretty much whatever we ask." that should read call you names, not call your names. Darn.

2. 'm sure they realize the Bush definition of compromise. It means
to just roll over and let him have his way. He doesn't like it when people disagree with him. This could get very ugly.

3. I hope the Democrats call Bush on his attitude. There is nothing

cooperative about it. More of the same, which has gotten him and us where we are today.

Last week, America voted for something other than the status quo. Democrats in Congress would be wise to remember that. Two years isn't a very long time.

A lot of people voted to put an end to corruption, cronyism, and the like. The Dems need to make sure that happens. Bolton is a bad choice, and needs to go.

4. Bush gave us his definition of bipartisanship
After the election in 2004, he said he'll work together with anyone who shares his goals.
