Daddy War Bucks, an indictment thread
Let's begin this week by refreshing our memories, randomly, and build another thread that can be used as an aid to our elected leaders investigations specifically into the "War on Terror".

Here are a couple of examples of what the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld DoD allowed to happen on their watch-for starters. I will try to keep to a minimum of comment on these articles.

Respond as you will within the general context of the war on terror, war profiteering, war crimes, etc-add your own links and articles.

Ahmed Chalabis' nephew, Salem Chalabi, was the hookup for the Iraq "reconstruction business"-a lot of this came from Mark Zell's (Zell, Goldberg and Company) and Douglas Feith's FANDZ International Law Group as well as something called the Federal Market Group.

No bid contracts were "awarded" to companies like World Com/MCI

even though they were failing and under pressure from other corporate giants.

Donald Rumsfeld made statements to Congress that profitted chosen defense contractors over others, cloaked as "patriotism"

The White House faced criticism that was suppressed in the "awarded contracts" that former Kissinger Associates Chief of Staff, L.Paul Bremer, as the person responsible for the "building of democracy" in Iraq, which various Republicans had differing agendas about.

1. Companies like DynCorp were awarded contracts in areas
in which they had no experience, such as vaccines that were given to our troops to "protect" them against biological warfare.

Concerns from our troops, their families and medical professionals were suppressed and ignored.

2. Companies that were being "investigated" for corruption still "won"
contracts, although news of that slowed some of their mergers.

Some of these companies had operating units that were "hired", then committed war crimes, including torture.

The extreme views of some of the leadership of the Rumsfeld DoD, like Lt. General William G. Boykin, were glossed over-Rumsfeld praised it at one point.

3. The ideologues of the RW had developed a lot of high-tech that
was over relied on in the War on Terror-and the BFEE can't account for missing money whether it came from the "white, black or gray budgets". That needs to be accounted for.

Meanwhile, our troops have had to purchase simple things that should be provided to them like adequate body armor and other equipment. They and their families have been unwitting experimental subjects, in some instances.

This high technology was loosely part of the failed "force transformation" of the BFEE-some of these topics were discussed here at DU and usually dismissed or ridiculed as "conspiracy theory" at that time-yet it is proving mostly true.

These archived threads give some clues as to where to find some of the unaccounted for budgets, as well as a basis for documenting other crimes.

We need investigations and prosecutions-we need accountability and our troops need to come home from this debacle in Iraq caused by the criminals in the current administration.

5. Robert Stein Jr. was "hired" by L. Paul Bremer's Coalition Provisional
Authority even though he was a convicted felon. He had help from officers, Lt. Col. Michael Brian Wheeler; Lt. Col. Debra Harrison-they all helped themselves to whatever they could get. Mr. Stein had access to over $82M.

Stein went to jail, Philip H. Bloom their BFEE overseer did too, yet L. Paul Bremer was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
("Blood Money"; T. Christian Miller; Little Brown and Co. 2006; pgs 199-201)

There are many other stories about the criminal networks involved in the war on terror and the occupation of Iraq.

They need to be heard by everyone that wants real investigations by newly elected leaders.

Edited on Mon Nov-13-06 10:02 PM by bobthedrummer
that the late Henry Gonzalez got entered-this is absolutely relevant to DADDY WAR BUCKS and especially the members of the Iraq Study Group who are POPPY's guys.

This is an indictment of Henry Kissinger, who's former Chief of Staff L. Paul Bremer was placed in charge of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq-and about others from Kissinger Associates.

Henry Kissinger, war criminal, liar, and a link to the real Nazi influence found in the RW of The Republican Party and the Bush family.

It is about the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro/BNL "scandal" which is like the BCCI "scandal" which is directly related to the Iran/Contra BFEE criminals and traitors that have to go.

14. Does this help?
Found this pdf file, "Profile of U.S. Corporations Awarded Contracts in U.S./British-Occupied Iraq"
dated 2003 http://www.warresisters.org/smod/CorpInvasionofIraq_complete.pdf

has info on some of the companies, contracts awarded, political donations and connections to Bu$h Administration

far from inclusive (last revision June 2003), but some info nonetheless

I wonder if URS's contract(s) were sole sourced/no bid, and how did they perform in accordance with whatever statement of work which might exist? What is it that they exactly do work-wise for Iraq? How exactly do you manage the work when costs don't seem to matter and performance completion is questionable? One contract was to EG&G which ties the Carlyle Group to URS (Richard Blum, Dianne Feinstein's husband). He, also, is/was involved with the Pirini Group, also, with apparent Carlyle connections.

Some articles on EG&G/URS/Carlyle Group (TCG has come a long way from its $14 billion portfolio in a short number of years; it has over $44 billion under management in @5 years time):

~this snip~

Over the years, however, as Blum and Feinstein have grown in their respective spheres of business and politics, critics have periodically wondered whether one or the other member of this power couple had unduly used their money or influence to benefit the other.

Such questions have surfaced again in the wake of the $600 million military contract won by EG&G Technical Services, a new division that URS purchased in 2002 from the well-connected Washington, D.C., investment firm the Carlyle Group.

Carlyle is a $14 billion buyout firm whose associates and advisers include former President George Bush, former British Prime Minister John Major and former Securities and Exchange Commissioner Arthur Levitt. As part of EG&G's sale price, Carlyle acquired a 21.74 percent stake in URS -- second only to the 23.7 percent of shares controlled by Blum Capital.

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2003/05/11/BU18813.DTL

Note: Carlyle no longer is a 21.74% beneficial owner of URS.

URS Corp. will oversee repairs to Iraq's communications system, hospitals and courthouses under contracts worth a total of $27.7 million. The contracts were awarded late Wednesday to a joint venture of URS and the Louis Berger Group of New Jersey.

URS and Berger won't make the repairs themselves. Rather, they'll serve as management, making sure the work runs smoothly and stays on budget.

15. Thanks, cosmicdot. The BFEE doesn't care about civil war, anarchy,
or anything except how to extend its power and make more money pragmatically.

Another fact-even with the wave of "resignations", the prosecution and conviction of many, the newly elected Democratic majority Congress and promise of change-the BFEE has now brought the Iran-Contra crew into play, and that features the traitorous war criminal Henry Kissinger's assets.

Why weren't we rid of these criminals when we had the opportunity? BFEE criminals that have prominent organizations, foundations and even buildings (that are supposed to represent some of the ideals of democracy) bearing their names???

Yes, now it's the Iran-Contra wing of BFEE resurfacing along with Daddy War Bucks.

"Return of the Iran-Contra crew" from Project for an Old American Century.Org
http://www.oldamericancentury.org/bushco/bushcontra.htm

I'll get to Henry Kissinger and his "associates" later. That will take us back to World War II when Poppy as a US aircraft commander bailed and left his crew to die-World War II when Daddy's father was making money with Nazis--World War II when Henry Kissinger was a young officer in US Army Counter Intelligence units that clandestinely "recruited" real Nazis, many of them war criminals-and then brought them, their comrades, their families and social networks here as "Americans" to work in "national security".

Daddy War Bucks is the BFEE.

17. David Kay and SAIC
Kay worked as the UN Chief Weapons Inspector from 1991 to 1992. Following that, he was Vice President of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from 1993 to 2002. While at SAIC, he worked alongside Steven Hatfill until March 2002. Then, he was appointed as a Special Advisor for Strategy regarding Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Programs. He received the International Atomic Energy Agency's Distinguished Service Award and the U.S. Secretary of State's Commendation. (SAIC was contracted by the U.S. to build prototype Mobile Weapons Laboratories in fall of 2001)

Kay pumped the WMD crapola.

23. A lot of people use that picture of Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam
to convey things-but how many have read why treasonously corrupt Daddy War Bucks and his international crew sent out folks like Rumsfeld in the first place?

Here's some answers to that, from The National Security Archive
http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB82/index.htm

Below is an affidavit from Harold Teicher to a US District Court in Florida about what some of Daddy War Bucks loyalists (now "influencing" the Iraq Study Group) did.

How is it then some of the criminals involved in this get "appointments" to federal judgeships as a reward from Daddy War Bucks?
http://www.webcom.com/~lpease/collections/hidden/teicher.htm

They've got to be held accountable.

Who else merits notice from the Daddy War Bucks gang, and from those in positons of authority and trust that failed to faithfully execute their responsibilites???
