12. Gotta Love That Murtha Love

Damn him for speaking the truth and truth to power. Damn him for having such an influence in the military and speaking aloud what our troops can't. Damn him for standing up for veterans and demanding accountability.

A month ago I saw a Repugnican asshat claiming that Murtha's set was in danger and how the voters in his PA district were ready to tar and feather him. They even wasted money on campaign ads against him...money that did't go to more competitive races.

Murtha's a Democrat who the wingnuts hate. He's credible on military matters and takes a vote these goons have abused and taken for granted...the military. They can't tar him with the "San Francisco liberal" label...he's not. They can't tar him with being weak on defense...or on a lot of their talking points. So out come the photoshops and slander without any proof.

I hope these asshats remain in denial for the next two years or longer...it will be nothing but a plus for Murtha and Democrats in '08.
