If you could join our Congresspeople in investigating ONE thing
What would you investigate? YOU get to use subpoenas, YOU get to say "Yes, you ARE under oath", but remember it's only for ONE scandal.

So, what would it be?

5. The attempted repeal of habeas
Everyone else can take the easy ones. I want Gonzo under oath explaining what circumstances in the last five years are so extraordinary that they warrant repeal of a basic tenet of justice such as habeas corpus.

Yeah, I'm kind of weird.

13. Absolutely!
Once the voters get wiff of war profiteering (both Iraq and war on terra) everything else falls in place.

Disgrace this criminal administration and their cronies as war profiteers and the people will scream for impeachment.

12. The easiest one to prove is wiretapping...

but, apparently, many Americans don't care if they give up their right to privacy... that it, until this lack of privacy causes something bad to happen to them.

The one that would resonate is finding out that they KNEW there were no WMDs or yellowcake, and that they tried everything to instigate a war with Iraq including conspiracy with the Brits (DSM, front and center)
