Corporations should be required to set aside seats on their boards of directors for representatives of non-management employees. After all, workers have just as much, if not more, of a stake in the company as management, and so they should have just as much a say. It's a great idea, no matter who came up with it, and I think the people would go for it.
What do you think?

As for the Greens, I'll trust them when they stop taking donations from the GOP.
