Meet Joe Barton (R-TX).

Joe wants the old way of doing things back in a couple of years time. He's the Big Oil candidate and Delay's heir in the House. It'll be interesting to see whether the Rs have seen the light or not. I think that they will be pushed to take a hard right.

1. Imus hates his guts...
b/c Barton stopped the Autism legislation from passing thru the House.
Typical Imus crap, though: he loved Ricky Santorum who paid lip service to the measure and was very upset to see him lose. Fact of the matter is that Santorum did no more than anyone else did in the Senate in this regard, and the I-Man arbitrarily decides who he likes and doesn't like and that's it. A real narcissist.

As if Dems stop legislation designed to help the needy or disabled routinely. Imus did way too much drugs to have opinions and a microphone at the same time.
